You may have gotten a letter from PA Enrollment Services about new health plan choices. You may have seen that Keystone Mercy is only open to current members at this time. • Nothing. If you or your family wants to stay with Keystone Mercy, you do not need to do anything to stay with us. We are here for you.
  • If you are pregnant and on Keystone Mercy when your baby is born, your baby will automatically be on Keystone Mercy too.

What happens if I pick another health plan?

  • If you choose to change to another health plan, you will not be able to change back to Keystone Mercy at this time.

Can I enroll into Keystone Mercy if I come back onto Medical Assistance?

  • If you were on Keystone Mercy Health Plan and lost Medical Assistance eligibility, but come back on Medical Assistance within 6 months, you will automatically go back on Keystone Mercy Health Plan.
